    • All products for exchange should be shipped back within 3 business days with a valid tracking number.
  4. Shipping Responsibility

    • Customers are responsible for the shipping of the returned product, including ensuring proper insurance coverage during transit.
  5. Refund Process

    • Local exchanges and returns will require a scheduled arrangement.
    • Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment used during the purchase. If payment was made via credit card, the refund will be issued directly to the same credit card, without exceptions.
